Actor and Actress needed
A Seattle Production Company who’s last film was distributed nationally and internationally, including all the RedBoxes, has completed another feature film. However an additional scene needs to be shot. It is a horror genre film. Need two actors, one female who looks 21 and one male around the same age. It will be shot in the Seattle area. Nudity is required however your lower private area will not be seen. It will take about half a day to shoot. If you can speak another language that is a plus but not required. Pay is very little as we are on a very small budget. $50 for the half day. If you are interested please respond with a photo of yourself (does not have to be nude) and bio.

We are looking for some more options to submit to our client for a shoot Oct 26-28.

Khalil (principal role) – early 20’s, African American male. He is the subject that joins this cult and eventually leaves it.
Yahweh – (principal role) - mid 40’s, African American male. He is the leader of the cult.
Karen – (secondary role) – early 20’s, African American female – She is Khalil’s wife but becomes Yahweh’s lover.
LIKELY ONE DAY – let me know availability:
Baby – (extra) - newborn/infant, African American baby boy or girl, should look skinny – Khalil’s son/daughter
Girl Victim – (extra) – 10ish years old African American girl – becomes Yahweh’s victim. As with other shoots, this will be shot impressionistically, so a door closing, or a hand on a shoulder (clothed). All implied, nothing literal…

Male Lead: MEMPHIS age 20-35, the current Muse of Literature. Together, with his semi-sentient typewriter Calliope, he is responsible for all of modern literature. Tall, lanky and pale.
HEPHAESTUS, MALE age 40+. A crusty looking older man. The former Greek god of technology, he has since moved on to being the Printer of Literature. He constantly wears a sweat stained wife-beater, is chomping on a half crushed cigar, and never leaves his office.
PERSEPHONE: FEMALE 20-LATE 30s. Trapped in Hell (or at least Odin’s Dive Bar) reading beat poetry to Bacchus and Odin, she is next in line to become the Muse of Literature.
SESHAT: FEMALE (ANY AGE). The Egyptian goddess of writing, she currently serves as Hephaestus’ secretary. Must be comfortable with special effect prosthetics (cause she has a beak!)
BACCHUS: Male – 30+. The Greek god of wine and debauchery – think a caddy southern gentleman. He spends his time in Odin’s bar, listening to Persephone read her poems.
ODIN: Male – 40+. The king of the gods in Norse mythology, he has since retired from Valhalla and opened up a bar here on Earth. A big beard is a must!

Open Casting Call - Comedy (Tacoma)
Shoulders is a comedy web series that follows the antics of a shoulder devil and shoulder angel. We are seeking comedic actors for the following roles. This is a non-paying role but deferred compensation will be offered. Prefer you be close to the Tacoma area, or able to come to Tacoma on short notice, to maximize availability.
URIEL: Male aged 30 to 40. Light brown/blonde hair preferred. Uriel is trusting but not vulnerable. He is older than Judas in both look and character. Uriel is witty but never overly sarcastic, he will generally use sarcasm in response to Judas but rarely initiates comedic converations or topics. Uriel is a straight shooter but is not above emotional attachment to his job and duties. Uriel has become used to Judas as he has done with previous shoulder devils but still resents the naivete with which shoulder devils approach their work.
JUDAS: Male aged 20 to 30. Judas is Frank's shoulder devil and has been since Frank was able to make his own decisions. Judas is bent on tempting Frank to do everything Judas considers to be fun and exciting. Judas is intelligent and resourceful. He is always dreaming of and enacting schemes to distract Uriel long enough for Judas to get Frank to engage in immoral activities. Because Judas never considers consequences or too far into the future, his schemes are constantly thwarted by Uriel. Judas absolutely loves Uriel because he views Uriel as a challenge who, when defeated, will secure his future within the "company".

We are seeking a person to be a presenter in our training/marketing videos. These videos will be used on YouTube to market our commercial telecommunication services, and to train our existing business customers.
Presenters must be able to read fluently, sound and look professional, and look good in a short business skirt or dress.
Pay is $50 an hour. Professional modeling or acting experience not required. This is not a permanent position, but we will be making many, possibly hundreds of videos, over time.

A cascade of comedy and a solid hit on Broadway, this affair takes place inside an American embassy behind the Iron Curtain. An American tourist, a caterer by trade, and his wife and daughter rush into the embassy two steps ahead of the police who suspect them of spying and picture taking. It's not much of a refuge, for the ambassador is absent and his son, now in charge, has been expelled from a dozen countries and the continent of Africa. Nevertheless, they carefully and frantically plot their escape, and the ambassador's son and the caterer's daughter even have time to fall in love.

CASTING FOR SHORT FILM
Seeking Actor for short film scheduled to shoot May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Most of the shooting will take place north of Seattle, WA. Shooting on
the RED SCARLET X. Below is the story and character breakdown. Thanks.
Story: Mitchell, a lieutenant in the fire department, distraught over
the lose of his pregnant wife, is about to end it all, when the
doorbell rings. Not sure what to do, he opens the door to find a baby
lying at the doorstep. After a grueling and eventful night with the
child, Mitchell becomes fond of the baby. The Next day, Mitchell's
estranged brother, Eddie, shows up unannounced. Mitchell gives his
"pill" addicted brother the benefit of the doubt, only to find out the
he hasn't changed. Eddie puts Mitchell in a compromising position
where Mitchell must make a choice - the child, or his own brother.
Seeking the role of CHRIS
CHRIS (25 - 33) an old acquaintance of Eddie. He's a local drug dealer
who comes over to Mitchell's house to sell Eddie some pills. Trying to
be cool and humor his friends, he pulls a gun on Mitchell. This leads
to a heated confrontation between the two.

Seeking actor for feature film
Final Boss Productions is casting for our first feature length film to be
shot in west Snohomish County in the Summer of 2012. The film is a comedy
tentatively titled “Cuts & Bruises.” It will be entered in as many film
festivals as we can manage.

FILM SYNOPSIS: In the small town of Marysville, WA, three pop-culture
referencing low-life college drop-outs win the lottery and decide to spend
their fortune to do terrible things, including building their own puppy
mill. Meanwhile, fangirls plot to kidnap the heartthrob star of the latest
vampire teen romance supernatural angst book adaptation and turn him into a
real vampire with a book from Satan.
We are auditioning for this role:
Collin Schreiber - Collin is an actor who spent his childhood doing
commercials and minor TV roles. After some mild success, he dedicated his
life to studying the art of acting. He has been working in Hollywood for
years, but has yet to become as rich and famous as he thinks he ought to
be. Currently, he is cast in a role he does not enjoy: That of Charles the
Vampire in the big budget adaptation of Clover Steven’s book series Vampire
Princess. He accepted the role because he thought it would be his chance to
become the A-Lister he always dreamed he could be. However, while on a
nationwide book-signing tour with Clover, the two fell in love and have
been having an affair behind her husband’s back. Collin is a true romantic
at heart, but also a bit narcissistic. Age: 18-25.

2012 Skagit River Shakespeare Festival Season:

Casting call for short indie film (paid) (Tacoma)
Do you want to be an actor? You already ARE an actor??! Great! Because if you are an actor with acting chops and a fun and flexible attitude then we want YOU (yes, you!) to audition to be in our awesome short-short short. Yep, that's a movie. And yes, incredibly this is both an indie film and it pays! I know, right?
Okay, so we need two actors for a short mini-movie (about 5 to 10 minutes) drama movie about the unwanted relationship that can develop between a woman and her, um, personal devices. This awesome mini-movie is called "Mandroid" and we would love to have you audition for a part. It's an unusual little movie and the parts are dramatic and challenging. But you love acting challenges and interesting characters don't you? Of course! The director is experienced and congenial and the crew is, well, available. Nah, you'll love us. The script does call for a physical confrontation between the two leads which involves some hitting and a shove, but your safety and physical comfort will be paramount. If you have experience with "stage fighting" that's even better.

Casting Male and Female leads for short film "Fallen Angel"
I'm a 15 year-old filmmaker casting the two leads in my upcoming short film (working title: Fallen Angel).
The film follows the story of the angel Gabriel. It starts with Gabriel's betrayal of the Kingdom of Heaven, and his banishment to the planet Earth. While on Earth, Gabriel runs into a young disorganized, collage student named Mary. She gives him a ride and lets him stay at her house. Gradually, Mary falls in love with Gabriel, but he fails to notice her due to his own selfish goals. Finally after saving Mary from a speeding car, Gabriel starts to feel compassion for someone other than himself. He will ultimately have to decide between living with Mary on Earth, or being able to fulfill his dream and become the ruler of Heaven.
Auditions will be March 31 & April 1. There are going to be about five filming days during the week of April 7-April 15, based on actor and crew availability. We will shoot at my house, in a few alleys in Seattle, and at some local shops. Food, fun, a DVD, and great memories will be provided; no pay.

Casting Announcement
Hello - we are looking for a Female Co-Host to be part of our project in development that we're pitching to a company for an online Television/Social Media network.
We'll be screen testing for On Air Talent to join our team but won't be shooting any segments for shows just yet. Whomever we choose to cast will be integrated into our pitch proposal for now.
Since we are in the development stage, there is no pay for anyone involved yet, but if we are picked up we can discuss the particulars of profit sharing moving forward.

War film - Lead and Background Actors (Port of Tacoma)
We are currently casting roles for a short produced by Tacoma Productions.
VICTOR
Male, 23-26, Athletic, Military Grooming Standards. He is a squad leader and thus older than the average soldier , an experienced veteran.
LANCE
Male, dark hair which he wears slightly longer than most soldiers. He is 18-24, athletic, meets Military Grooming Standards, is HWP. He is a runner, but has the upper body mass you would expect from an infantryman who carries heavy equipment long distances.
OMAR
Arab male 20-25, short in stature, with lighter complexion. He is clean cut and clean shaven and wears his hair cut short in a semi military fashion. He has sharp dramatic features.
BACKGROUND ACTORS
Need 8-10 HWP actors to play insurgents. Race/Age not important as most will be wearing face cover. Need a few people with Arabic features. Military experience (handling weapons, etc) preferred but we will teach you if needed.

Principal photography is expected to happen in the next 3 weeks. Schedule dependant on actor and crew availability.
For the principal role audition, please prepare a 2 minute contemporary monologue and be prepared for a cold reading from script.
This is a non-union, non-paid gig but we will be providing a workshop on military and action role acting for the actors selected. We have been providing military consulting in the film industry for 5 years and offer several classes for actors looking to expand their action role resume experience.

Music Editor Wanted (Seattle)
I need some songs edited. Not looking for a professional, but willing to pay for a good job. If you're familiar with latin music that will be helpful. The final product I'm looking with will have 2 or 3 genres of music mixed in it. I'm looking for total length to be 3-4mins, but that's flexible. Someone who can beats to a track. Most importantly is someone who has a good ear for what sounds good together. I know what I like and what I want to hear, but I don't know how to put the two together.

Emmy-award winning production company seeks actors (Seattle and suburbs)
Discovery ID true-crime documentary series seeks actors for reenactment shoots in the Seattle, WA area. All actors must be local to the Seattle area.

Cinderella Auditions
DASH Center for the Arts is holding auditions for its production of
Cinderella. Cinderella will run for 6 shows April 27-29, 2012 at Mt
Tahoma High School. Actors for principle roles must be 14 years or
older. All ethnicities encouraged to audition.
Auditions are February 19th 7-9pm. Audition will be held at the DASH
Center 1504 MLK Jr Way in Tacoma.

Seeking Actress for Short (Seattle)
Seeking Female age 19-25 to play the role of a Character named Phoebe for the short film "Tragically Oliver"
Phoebe's personality to those who know her is dark and sarcastic,(and little on the punky side.) however when dealing with customers she is always pleasant.
She definitely sees herself as a loner/ rebel, and focuses more on her job than making friends.
Plot Synopsis: Oliver is an opinionated and brutally honest twenty-something who works at a record store (and pretty much has the best taste in music - ever). When he sees a customer making a purchase that he doesn't agree with, he jumps at the chance to inform them of their bad selection. Upon receiving criticism on his salesmanship, he enters into a bet with his co-worker Phoebe to prove that (even though he doesn't really care) he has what it takes to rock at customer service.

Young Female Needed For Production (Pierce County)
We need a female 4' - 4' 6" in 5th to 7th grade for Don't Open That Book, an original children's theatre production by Northwest playwright L. William King. (An older female will be considered if between 4' & 4' 6".) Rehearsals and production take place in Orting.We rehearse every Friday, 5 - 6:30 PM. Because of the bad weather in January a Make Up Rehearse will take place. Production takes place Friday, March 9, @ 7 PM (cast & crew meet at 5 PM) and Saturday, March 10, @ 2 PM (cast & crew meet at 1 PM).
