WE NEED TWO STAND-INS FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
We are in need of two college age women to play stand ins for our
Latina actresses that have speaking roles. As the actresses are going
through hair make up and wardrobe, our camera and lighting crew are
having to light the scene. A stand in is someone who stands-in for
lighting and camera purposes before the scene is shot. Some people
call it a human prop for lighting and camera focus.
Stand-ins get paid $9.67/hr. for their work. Preliminary call time is
3:45pm.
Below is the actresses' sizes that we are trying to match with stand-
ins:

Actors/actresses needed for short film (Capitol hill)
I am sitting here with a freshly completed screenplay and no actors or actresses. It is a story about loneliness and the contradictions in life, around us everyday, that influence us all to feel like we may never truly share anything, any moment, or any feeling with another person (even though there are many people around us at many times throughout the day). Our main character will take the viewer on a journey through his struggle to feel satisfied and content with the life that he has been presented with. I am looking for actors from 20 - 30 years old.

Extras needed for Medieval/Present day short film (Pierce and South King county)
The short is a fan film of the game Assassin's Creed. (If you arent familiar with the series, please take a look here: http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/Assassin%27s_Creed. The game centers around the use of a machine dubbed "the animus", which allows its user to view the genetic memories of his or her ancestors.) We are still in pre-production, but will be filming on the 6th of October. We are trying to set ourselves apart from bad fan films and be professional and true to Assassin's Creed. We are not just die-hard fans, but die-hard filmmakers, who have been doing shorts for years. There will be two parts to this short, a past and present. We are looking for males ages 25-50, and females from 21-50. We chose to do a fan film because it is a great way to get noticed, and again because we saw this as an opportunity to do the series justice. Almost all of the fan shorts online have absolutely nothing to do with the game itself. We hope the way in which we tackle the situation feels completely unique.

We will be shooting Monday's and Thursday's. Thursday the 6th will be the only day we have to do the past shoot. The majority of costumes will be provided, but if you have anything that fits the setting (medieval or lab/office type wear) feel free to let us know! Also, We should be able to provide transportation for the most part. If you have your own form of transportation it would help out a great deal as well. Casting for the staged reading of a new play "Double Happiness" as part of "Insatiable! Seattle's 6th Asian American Playwrights’ Festival" (see website). This play is a drama centered around a Chinese American family. There will be two readings on Sun Nov 13 & Mon Nov 14, both at 7:30pm. There will be a table reading on Mon Oct 3 evening, followed by rehearsals in late October - early November, most likely on Monday/Sunday evenings. There may be 3-5 rehearsals depending on the role.
