AEON Contemporary Dance Auditions (Green Lake )
ÆON Contemporary Dance is auditioning for three to four female dancers ages 21 and older for the 2011-2012 season.
The audition will take place Thursday, September 8th from 9:30-11am at
Exit Space School of Dance

ÆON Contemporary Dance (ÆON) is the only contemporary jazz company serving the greater Seattle area. Established April 15, 2010 by Artistic Director Joseph Schanbeck, ÆON presents dances that fuse commercial dance with jazz and contemporary styles of dance. By definition, an ÆON is an incalculable period of time, a time interval including two or more eras. Joseph Schanbeck infuses his work with the definition of ÆON.
Respond to this posting to preregister for the audition. Please include your name, phone number, and an emergency contact name and phone number.
Please arrive at 9am for sign in wearing appropriate dance wear that allows us to see your body and dancing clearly. The audition will be from 9:30-11am and consist of a ballet barre, jazz across the floor, and choreography by Artistic Director, Joseph Schanbeck. There will be a fifteen minute question and answer session immediately following the audition. Dancers must be available for the full 2011-2012 season which runs 9/11/11- 6/30/12. Dancers must be available to rehearse Thursdays 8am-12pm and Sundays 4pm-9pm.

3 Actors needed (King Co.)
'The Most Beautiful Thing in the World'
We are currently casting three (3) Male actors for a short film that will be shot in Carnation, Bellevue/Redmond and North Bend (King Co.). The film is based on a poem written in the Edwardian Era (1890-1910) entitled 'The Most Beautiful Thing in the World' and will be shot in that style. This Short film will be shot on the Canon 5D mark ii and Canon 7D.
What we are looking for: We are looking for Males ranging from 20-75 years of age. Because this film will be set in the Victorian era we will need measurements of the chosen talent for wardrobe.
Acting ability: The roles we are casting will NOT have speaking parts. However, each role will have need of believable expressive emotion.
What we need: Very minimum, we need a head/body shot shot of the Actor submitting himself (as recent as possible) along with resume or link to recent work.

Casting "Professor" for Still Shoot (Seattle, WA)
Here are the details about our upcoming still shoot.
Role: College Professor, age 40 to 55, male or female. Must have grey or greying hair.
Any ethnicity.
Project: Still shoot for educational software.
Shoot date: TBD- during the week of 9/5/11.
Location: University of Washington, Seattle
Time: Should take about 4 to 5 hours at the maximum.
Shots: Will show the professor interacting with students and technology, such as computers,
tablets, phones, etc. Shots may be interior or exterior, in classroom settings, computer lab, library, etc.
Compensation: $400.00
This is a buyout; the client wants unlimited use for unlimited time.
